UE-APPS · QuickBooks Integration

Terms of Use

Effective Date: June 29, 2026

These Terms of Use govern the use of the UE-APPS QuickBooks Integration (“Integration”), operated by United Eight Internet Exchange Systems Corp. (“UE-IX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Integration is a private, internal business tool that connects the UE-IX UISP CRM platform with QuickBooks Online. It is intended only for authorized UE-IX personnel and authorized representatives who manage UE-IX accounting, billing, and financial records.

01Purpose of the Integration

The Integration allows selected data from UISP CRM to be exported to QuickBooks Online for accounting and bookkeeping purposes.

Depending on the configured workflow, the Integration may create or update records in QuickBooks Online, including:

The Integration does not function as a payment gateway, does not accept credit card or bank account details, and does not directly process, move, settle, or transfer customer funds.

02Authorization to Connect QuickBooks Online

By connecting a QuickBooks Online company to the Integration, you confirm that:

The Integration uses Intuit OAuth authorization. UE-IX does not request or store your QuickBooks Online password.

03Data Synchronization

The Integration is designed to export selected UISP CRM records into QuickBooks Online.

UISP CRM remains the operational billing and customer-management system. QuickBooks Online is used for accounting and financial-record purposes.

Users are responsible for reviewing exported information, including customer names, invoice amounts, payment amounts, tax treatment, account mappings, and other financial information before relying on it for accounting, tax, reporting, or legal purposes.

04No Guarantee of Continuous or Error-Free Operation

The Integration depends on third-party systems and services, including QuickBooks Online, Intuit APIs, internet connectivity, UISP CRM, server infrastructure, and authentication services.

UE-IX does not guarantee that the Integration will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Synchronization may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or unsuccessful because of third-party outages, API limitations, configuration issues, connectivity problems, authorization failures, or other technical conditions.

05User Responsibilities

Authorized users must:

06Disconnecting the Integration

An authorized user may disconnect the QuickBooks Online connection by revoking authorization through Intuit/QuickBooks Online or by removing or disabling the QuickBooks connection within the UE-IX UISP CRM environment.

Disconnecting the Integration stops future authorized synchronization. It does not automatically delete accounting records that were previously exported to QuickBooks Online.

07Changes to the Integration or These Terms

UE-IX may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Integration at any time for maintenance, security, technical, operational, legal, or business reasons.

UE-IX may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Integration after an update means that you accept the updated Terms.

08Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UE-IX is not liable for losses, damages, accounting discrepancies, duplicate entries, missed entries, tax consequences, reporting errors, service interruptions, data loss, or other issues resulting from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Integration.

Users remain responsible for maintaining appropriate accounting controls, backups, reconciliations, and professional accounting or legal advice where needed.
